Team GMEN had a blast! Steelheader was kind enough to let us borrow a GPS unit and we went to town! The pawnshop would only give us $10 for it... so we headed back to the Ranch to see what we could find. Those lottery tickets must have gone fast b/c we didn't find any at all the Caches we went to. My daughter Cassidy had a blast and found all the Caches we went after, she must be part bloodhound!
Thanks again to Steelheader for placing the Caches and helping us enjoy the sport. |

Anytime, GMEN, glad your family enjoyed it and thanks for posting up on your finds, it sure does assist in maintaining the caches.
I am putting some different ideas down for a "GeoCASH / GeoCACHE" event coming soon. If anyone has date suggestions for the event let me know.

| Ok, wifey and I are going this weekend. Have to work on fixin buggy, but plan to try and find some of these. Hope there is rain but not too much and not til I am done with buggy and geohunting. I will let you know on each one we find, if we find them. |

| We decided not to go because of the rain and the work I would have to do on buggy. I still can't believe I decided not to go because of rain. How rediculous. Anyways, it would have been tough to fix buggy with the wet weather on my own. Have to replace a steering knuckle. Should be up in next couple of weeks to fix and then I will go looking. I programmed the coordinates in GPS so I am ready. |

Well we finally did it. We got to look for some geocaches. This can be a lot of fun. My son and I really had a good time with this. He is 13 and it is sometimes hard to find stuff we can both do at this age. We are talking about adding some geocaches ourselves. Of course we would follow the way this is done. Our next step is to find the ones where we live. You all should at least try this out. |

Glad you enjoyed it.
Once you have a GPS unit it can be a really cheap way (virtually free)to have some family entertainment.
Please set some caches out @ RR, that way I have some to go look for.
Another great side benefit of Geocaching is EXCERCISE. 
You get a little without even knowing that your doing it!!  |
